Abiodun was super kind and helpful I ve been completely freaked out about having mice in my flat and he s patiently answered all my questions as to whether it could be rats or not He s done a great job identifying the holes quickly and filling it up and setting the traps up Will definitely recommend

Ethan Riches was an outstanding technician he gave excellent advice was thorough and was genuinely receptive when shown where the rodent issue was The second representative we booked with over the phone was lovely and helpful However the first operator Maggie was unexpectedly rude especially when I asked questions about biohazard cleaning and the spray I only inquired about handling the rat urine smell and she responded harshly saying the odor wouldn t go away which I found unhelpful Thankfully Ethan did a marvelous job addressing all our concerns and we were very pleased with his work Five stars to Ethan for his professionalism and willingness to listen and assist

Arrived on time as per the reminder mobile call to say that they were on the way Explained in full detail what the approach would be to address the issue and positioned the traps within 30 minutes without any problems

Steve C was knowledgeable pleasant and very reassuring It is very to easy to think that you d be advised to spend hundreds and hundreds of pounds as the situation was really bad but he actually put me at ease somewhat He clearly explained what to do and what he d recommend to ask for Thanks Steve

Overall a good experience Maggie was great helping us understand the process and recognises the stress involved This was the reason we proceeded with JG Pest Control Daniel was friendly and helpful There was a miscommunication from the office however this was cleared up quickly It may be more effective for the office to schedule Zoom calls with clients to be clear on prep work required Thank you I hope we never have to use your service again but if we do you will be our first call

Excellent Service from Luke

I m so glad I called this company to deal with the rats in the wall cavities of our house Luke arrived and I cannot praise him high enough He is extremely knowledgeable professional and totally reassuring He found the source of the problem very quickly and was also able to explain very implausible things that had happened in the house over the last few weeks in a very entertaining totally realistic way He will return in a few weeks but in the meantime he has very efficiently blocked off their access and has put down poisons in out of reach places along their route inside Yesterday I was a wreck but after Luke s visit I feel totally relieved Thank you so much Luke
