Great company
I don t often write reviews but the service from BestHeating was so good I felt compelled to do so From the collection service arranged by Byron when I chose the wrong radiator only realised when it was delivered to the patient and competent advice from Alex in choosing the correct radiator bits yes thankfully they have a customer service telephone line unlike Victorian Plumbing the whole experience was excellent oh and the products are good quality and great value too I have no hesitation in recommending BestHeating to family friends and those reading this review

Went the extra mile to meet my needs
Having purchased 3 Milano wall mounted vertical radiators plus valves and paid extra for a specific delivery date the courier failed to deliver them After contacting BestHeating customer service they chased the courier and kept me updated both verbally and via email on a new agreed delivery date in line with my requirements The also promptly refunded the additional monies I paid for the specified delivery date Well done Customer service

Great company to deal with
Excellent service the items were delivered in a few days and Ellie from customer services was great as l had ordered the wrong valves for the radiators it was sorted out in a couple of minutes I would highly recommend Best Heating and will certainly use them in the future
