I placed my order on 7 6 On 7 10 I reached out to the company inquiring about my order Only AFTER I inquired did I receive notification that my order was on its way So on day 4 it was JUST being prepared to send When I stated that it wasn t going to arrive within the express shipping time that I paid EXTRA for I was informed that no it is still within the window 6 5 11 NOT 12 When I asked to have my express shipping fee refunded they again stated that it was going to arrive within the window of time I will NOT be ordering from this Company again

Product made me sick they refuse to adbide by their own return policy- SCAMMERS with no phone number

I received 6 bottles of vitamins they made me sick They promised a 90 easy return policy and nobody will give me return information They just tell me that most people are okay I emailed them several times posted and messaged on facebook Their is no customer service number on their website Their emails are passive aggressive- refuse to give me refund information Bottom line do not trust a company who doesnt list their phone number- EVER

Bought these Better Body products

Bought these Better Body products after reading so many great reviews but have unfortunately had no such results for me High expectations but only dissapointment as not a single thing got better no weight loss no stopping of hot flushes nor bloating complete waste of money in my opinion

This product does not work

I bought three bottles each and after the first bottle commented I had seen no results was told it takes a little longer for some So I continued after I finished the third bottle and actually gained weight Still had night sweats and sometimes I got heart palpitations I then was told my time to claim money back guarantee had expired scammers they just want you to keep hoping and then your past your money back time and they don t have to refund you or back up their promises terrible business ethics

Customer Service is a SCAM

Honestly I would give a -10 if possible The product did not work for me That s not even the problem The problem is their money back guarantee is a scam You are told to take the product for 90 days On the 90th day after taking the product I informed them that it didn t work I honestly took them 90 days Apparently you have to take them as soon as the post office says they were at your house Really I was 11 days off so NO REFUND As far as I am concerned that is not standing behind your product And I cannot get anyone to reply The customer service rep on chat said there was nothing he could do He cave me the complaint info but they will NOT respond Buyer Beware

The product is ineffective

The product is ineffective even when taken consistently for a period of 3 months I really wanted it to work for me but I noticed absolutely no changes in weight or digestion from taking both Previtalize and Provitalize And when I contacted customer service about their money-back guarantee they said I was past the 90 day window even though their website explains that you have to take the product for 90 days before they will issue any refunds I would recommend not wasting your money

I used this product for 6 weeks and the only difference I noticed was sores that developed on my gums that went away as soon as I stopped taking this They claim a money back guarantee within 90 days but I m having issues trying to get that done

This company is disingenuous at best

This company is disingenuous at best when it states that their product is vegan One of their main ingredient is derived from milk While it may be lab grown the ingredient is derived from milk and when asked they go into a song and dance about how ingredients don t feel pain therefore they are vegan I no longer trust this company to be truthful about anything

They do not return or exchange bottles that are sealed They will refund money They do not offer support by phone only by chat Pain in the tail I personally would think long and hard before doing business with them
