Double edge sword my experience was because I really wanted Provitalize to work for me unfortunately it gave me an upset stomach I tried for a full month Despite using one month when I requested a refund through Amazon Better Body Co issued me a full refund the very next day It was very refreshing when I saw they refunded 100

I started taking the Slim gut bundle on July 13 2023 The first thing that happened was my gut getting cleaned out I also noticed that my cravings for something sweet was not happening If I did get something sweet it was usually dark chocolate I have lost about 7-8 lbs I am going to continue taking

The combination of Previtalize and Provitalize has helped tremendously After 2 1 2 months of use I have seen a marked difference in my sleeping patterns and I don t react as violently to gluten However I am still not seeing any difference in the belly fat that accumulated upon entering menopause It is my hope that I will see a change soon Once I do I ll change my rating to 5 stars

The only reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is the price - I think it could be more affordable This product does what it says You DO have to take it for at least 3 months before you see results - although everyone is different My sugar cravings are gone my appetite is under control again and I m losing weight Not exercising or following any special food restricted diet

I started taking Provitalize when a friend told me to try it It took a few weeks but I started to notice that I did not feel as bloated and my GI symptoms were almost gone I felt like I was making better choices with food and started sleeping better

This bundle did help with my night sweats and mood changes specifically It also helped with better nights sleep I did not notice weight loss but I did notice a curb to my appetite as far as snacking through out the day but not on a consistent basis I am going on month 4 and want to stay consistent to see if anything else happens But so far worth trying Also right away I started with the two capsules a day but kept feeling somewhat off sort of upset stomach Reduced it to 1 pill of pro and 1 pill of pre in the morning and everything has been fine and I still feel it works for my symptoms
