The purchasing process was easy and I had the option to try a bottle before subscribing But the main thing is the Provitalize actually is helpful It reduced my hot flashes significantly and I have more energy Also there hasn t been any sign of an interaction with my thyroid medication which is always a concern for me when trying any kind of supplement Not a miracle cure Just a helpful product that makes a crappy process suck less
