Order not arrived since 26 Jan

I am based in Singapore started my autoship subscription on 26 Jan I have been billed TWICE but have YET to receive a single bottle of my order to date Customer support is TOTALLY USELESS keeps sending me a tracking number where the last known activity is 30 Jan I have been repeatedly asked to be patient understanding and that it is within normal delivery timeframe This is unacceptable as my other deliveries from other parts of the world ordered at the same time have LONG ARRIVED I would like to cancel my subscription but am not allowed to as the THIRD order has not been billed I don t know how many more nasty reviews I must post before I get a decent response from your company

I want to cancel my auto subscription but was told I can t cancel unti they get 130 00 from me scammers I still stand by my review In the thrash they will go when I send me more so don t waste my time and just don t send more but credit my account asap

Fake product and they refuse to honour the money back guarantee Don t waste your time or money on this product They are scammers Your response is nonsense and I do not accept a 15 refund You have refused to allow me to make a formal complaint I am entitled under the 180 day refund you are scammers Please respond to how I make a formal complaint I have now made 23 requests for a copy of the complaints procedure and escalation process and have been ignored

Not happy with the customer service

Not happy with the customer service provided Even though it is stated on the website that they have a 100 moneyback return if not satisfied I was told that because I had purchased the product over 90 days ago there was nothing they could do I started taking the product about three months after I purchased it but that did not matter to them I took the product for approximately 40 days had some very side effects but no money back

I ordered both PreVitalize and ProVitalize on 23 09 22 from the UK I have taken the tablets daily and they do not work for menopause or weight loss I requested a refund within the 90 day period and I have heard nothing back from them Today I have completed their online form again on 30 12 22 to make a complaint about my request Please can someone carry out my request and follow your promise of the 90 day money back guarantee

what an Unethical Company in practice I could have bought same product same price on Amazon Platform But I know it costs companies 25 percent of their profit So I decided to buy from them I was somehow forced into a 3 month contract with a vitamin company I never agreed to this I reached out to cancel and they told me to take a hike I chatted back and forth customer service guy refused to help me refused to forward my problem to manager I had to cancel my master card I am out of the country and I received news from old tenant that their stupid box keeps on showing up As to whether the product works well it wasn t bad till it left a bad taste in my mouth due to ethical practices of the company

3 months- no benefits

I purchased x3 bottles of provitalize my weight has remained exactly the same as it was prior to trying these I feel really dissapointed in this product after all the hype I experienced bsolutely no benefits in taking this supplement for three months For me another total waste of money I could not afford

This product did nothing for me

This product did nothing for me I bought 3 months supply and took 2 tablets each morning as directed My main goal was weight control as I have put on 5kg since menopause even though my diet is very healthy and I regularly exercise My weight did not change and my hot flushes did not reduce While there were no adverse effects there was absolutely no effect at all I do not recommend this product

I placed my order on 7 6 On 7 10 I reached out to the company inquiring about my order Only AFTER I inquired did I receive notification that my order was on its way So on day 4 it was JUST being prepared to send When I stated that it wasn t going to arrive within the express shipping time that I paid EXTRA for I was informed that no it is still within the window 6 5 11 NOT 12 When I asked to have my express shipping fee refunded they again stated that it was going to arrive within the window of time I will NOT be ordering from this Company again
