Couldn t be worse
Couldn t be worse called no answer leave a message and we ll get back to you within 4 business hours 6 weeks later 4 emails and app 12 phone calls leaving messages the latter more urgent than prior because my bank is going to triple my cost if I don t secure flood insurance asap and still nothing gave up went to insurox and got a much better quote anyway so thank God I can only assume they cannot handle the volume and likely are inundated by the recent catastrophe but could at least change their voicemail to reflect
