I have hurt my knee and of course it hurts the most at night Nothing has touched the pain - supplements over the counter pain meds ice heat After 3 nights of Barely any sleep I was beginning to think I was gonna lose my mind I remembered that I had the sleep tincture I took a full dropper and slept like a baby I feel like a new person today I will be ordering more
