I can t thank Biagio enough for the beautiful ring they have created for me from one of my Nans old rings They managed to retain the essence of her ring whilst making it contemporary to compliment my wedding and engagement rings It looks stunning and I know my nan would have loved it

Quality service with a smile
Visited Biagio s earlier this week to have my childhood pendant cleaned after it had become badly tarnished I d previously been to other jewellers who hadn t been successful but Biagio s were able to clean it up beautifully and the overall service was exceptional Lovely staff warm and friendly experience Really recommend and will be back in the future

Excellent quality and service
I wanted to get a matching necklace for my wife s earings but it was no longer available Vanessa in the Bicester branch quickly came up with the idea of adapting a pair of the same earings and making a unique necklace Stephen made this happen in 24 hours and the result is superb All the staff are friendly and eager to help Thank you

Old School Customer ServiceI simply adore this shop and especially Vanessa as they offer a wonderful old-school customer service which is rare these days I popped in for a small gift and not finding what I needed Vanessa asked me to make a rough drawing Fast forward a few week s and I have a beautiful bespoke item which far far exceeds the modest price I paid Vanessa even wrapped it beautifully for me I will always return to this shop for beautiful items and excellent service
