So far so good I rec d both rings that I purchased and no problems Had to return 2 for reasons of my own I m awaiting for another return acceptance from customer service I want to exchange a ring because the stone is too big go figure my fault I do love the quality though I just want a smaller one in place of Hopefully this will work out quickly the shipping is a bit long but worth the wait I m just hoping this exchange is as smooth I just would love to know when the live chat is avail That seems to be the fastest way to get through the customer service It is 3 40 EST and it still isn t avail

This is a super cute ring with perfect size and color Exactly what I saw online and it arrived on time too It is very big though so if you re not looking for something big then don t buy this But if you are looking for big and pretty this is your ring

LOVE this cuff bracelet Love the saying It is a bit big on my small wrist and doesn t bend easy to size Otherwise a very nice bracelet Update 2 19 18 the seller emailed me to see if I liked my bracelet I replied that I really loved it but it was a little big and falls off my wrist if not careful He so kindly made me at no cost a smaller one I received today It s perfect and SO good to know that above and beyond great customer care is still important Thank you so very much
