I am not completely through the credentialing process yet but I m very happy that two of my payors have approved me in just over two months from the start of working with Bikham I am working with Jordan and Harini and they are very responsive to my needs and requests for information and do a great job of keeping me updated through the process including any glitches as they come up I look forward to being able to review my experience from beginning to end once all 7 of my payors come through I trust this will happen and believe I am in capable hands with Jordan J and his team So far so good Thanks Bikham for your professionalism and hard work It is a relief to know I will be able bill insurance for my existing clients as I start my new business without too much down time

Bikham Healthcare has always been on top of things They communicate very well and provide updates when needed They were very transparent and explain the whole process to me and also what would happen in certain scenarios The explained that I would be consulted with the Provider Relations team and also would receive updates via auto reporting from Credily the provider portal platform They told me I can setup an account and log in 24 7 to view live updates of my applications This is so exciting I can see updates on Credily whenever I want Thank you Bikham Healthcare I am excited about being in-network with insurances I HIGHLY recommend Bikham Healthcare and TRUST them to get the job done Every company deals with some negative reviews and it is impossible to make everyone happy I still would recommend them due to their commitments to me and our organization

Rajat was wonderful to deal with He kept me in the loop the whole time He was having trouble getting things submitted due to the site But he was presistent and kept at it until they were submitted I have full confidence that he will continue to follow up and make sure we are approved very quickly Aileen the salesperson was also very timely and very helpful when I was experiencing issues before the info got to Rajat The time between Aileen and Rajat was frustrating I was not kept informed as to what was happening with our submittal I like to know the steps and know that things are being handled Aileen and Rajat are very responsive Hope you get them to help you
