Poor Product Quality and Disappointing Customer Support

I bought several bottles of Ostarine from this site, but when they arrived, they were completely crystallized and unusable. On top of that, one of the bottles was only half full. I contacted customer support, but they didn’t respond until three business days later, and even then, they said they would replace only one bottle.

Wow Appalling Customer Care

I m not sure if this review will make a difference but I m really disappointed with the customer service at this shop The staff is incredibly rude and arrogant It s surprising because this company is endorsed and recommended by respected performance influencers in the UK and worldwide I guess being a regular customer doesn t warrant even basic courtesy from them It s a shame because their products are great but I felt compelled to share my experience as I was extremely shocked at how they treated me during my last order

The customer service of this company is entirely unprofessional They claim their products were to be delivered in Switzerland in two days this is day 4 and tracking system just says to the way of the final parcel center Their customer service says that I am angry Need to calm down etc etc Not even bothered to check what is wrong with delivery and shipment I haven t spoken to a worse customer service I doubt I will even order from them again

Fake peptides

Their adamax selank and melanotan ii are fake I administered over 1mg of melanotan ii subq and felt nothing at all Likewise I administered 1mg of adamax and 0 5mg of selank and felt nothing at all I have used melanotan ii from other vendors and got the usual melanotan ii sides I would not use them again The only thing legit was the S23 Apigenin Do not use them to buy peptides

I don t trust Biolabshop s products

I bought several of their BPC-157 and TB-500 peptides and used these over a few months to treat an injury Absolutely no effect at all I then purchased the same products from one of the top 2 most reputable peptide companies - a NOTABLE difference Biolabshop customer service are quite rude in their style of communication and not very helpful I also bought 2 bottles of Methylene blue from them but I don t even dare to use them due to my experience with their peptides which I strongly suspect were fake

I was scammed by this website

I was scammed by this website I purchased kisspeptin about a month ago and the payment went through It said it would take about a month to arrive When it did not I followed up with an email inquiring about my order They said they have no order corresponding with the number I gave them Not only that but they no longer sell the product I purchased kisspeptin I then asked why they would take money if they were no longer selling the product They told me to provide proof of my purchase When I did I was promptly ghosted thereafter The individual dealing with my complaint is named Yamina Gourari

Avoid Their oral supplements are off by 1000x or less on their declared measurements And are well off from the displayed COA they display One capsule contents weighed 300mg On the bottle it stated 10 MICRO GRAM and on the COA it said 9 8mg It s a scam company that may sell a few things that might be active or might not You should absolutely not use this company

100 order missing and 0 help

Ordered peptides for over 100 which were never delivered I contacted biolabshop to find out for me whether they re on the way I was sent a pic of the delivery with the most attitude asking why I can t check for myself which ended up not being my door I told them so but they couldn t care less Told me to speak to the delivery company and stopped responding 100 gone just like that and 0 help Considering that I ve spent over 1k with you guys over the past year I d expect better treatment

They just sent me an empty parcel which I sent them the pictures and they told me to speak with the shipping company which I did and they told me that it was biolabs issue and that they forgot to send the products I emailed back biolab and they were laughing with me Worst company in the world Avoid them
