Ordered peptides for over 100 which were never delivered I contacted biolabshop to find out for me whether they re on the way I was sent a pic of the delivery with the most attitude asking why I can t check for myself which ended up not being my door I told them so but they couldn t care less Told me to speak to the delivery company and stopped responding 100 gone just like that and 0 help Considering that I ve spent over 1k with you guys over the past year I d expect better treatment

They just sent me an empty parcel which I sent them the pictures and they told me to speak with the shipping company which I did and they told me that it was biolabs issue and that they forgot to send the products I emailed back biolab and they were laughing with me Worst company in the world Avoid them

Would have liked to buy from this outfit but payment engine failed over and over again rubbish support online poor

ITS A SCAM Nothing in their products is legit they are mostly blank with other neutral stuff There is no testing and they show no proof of what they sell They will disappear as soon as you raise any concerns HUGE FRAUD

Examining the Certificates of AnalysisBiolab s site does list Certificates of Analysis COAs for many products presumably to prove their purity and identity As a scientist by training I know how to interpret these documents Unfortunately the COAs from Biolab raised more questions than they answered Firstly each COA had the testing lab s name and other identifiers removed so I couldn t verify them independently The values on the COAs mostly showed high purity 99 as one would expect on paper but I noticed something strange on one COA for a peptide the molecular weight indicated by their HPLC MS data did not match the known molecular weight of that peptide That s a huge red flag For context a peptide s molecular weight is a fixed number if the lab s analysis shows a different number it means you re not looking at the correct molecule One theory discussed online was that perhaps a cheaper peptide was being passed off as a more expensive one and the lab report wasn t carefully doctored enough to hide it In fact one user pointed out the mystery molecular weight corresponded to a completely different peptide hinting at a possible substitution This was pretty damning evidence that something fishy might be going on with Biolab s lab results Trying to Verify the Lab ResultsWith doubts about the COAs I attempted to get more information I reached out to Biolab s customer support asking for clarification on their testing methods and whether they had third-party verification The response I got was generic and didn t address the specifics basically a reassurance that their products are tested and pure That wasn t enough for me Meanwhile on forums I saw others taking initiative a group of users discussed pooling money to send a Biolab sample to an independent lab for testing This kind of community action underlines how little faith was left in Biolab s own claims There was also mention that Biolab claims to use a Polish lab Analiza Bialek for analysis which is a legitimate facility however without being able to see unredacted reports or verify with that lab directly we were stuck in limbo Essentially Biolab didn t provide a straightforward way to confirm Yes our COAs are real and here s proof All we had were their words on a page Endorsement by Dr Dean St Mart False Security One reason Biolab gained traction is their association with Dr Dean St Mart who endorsed their products to the public Initially this gave many of us a sense of security if someone with a PhD in pharmacology trusts Biolab maybe we could too But in hindsight this endorsement may have given a false sense of security Dr St Mart continued to promote Biolab even as evidence mounted against their practices and he even dismissed some of the critical voices claiming the products were ineffective While I respect Dr Dean s contributions to education I believe this was a mistake on his part It perhaps shielded Biolab from scrutiny it rightfully deserved For consumers it s a lesson that even a respected figure s backing should not exempt a company from verification and accountability In the end the data or lack thereof speak louder than a paid or affiliative endorsement

The level of customer service can only be described as useless and rude Products are over priced and of low quality they re just not worth the hassle

I don t trust them They sold me an expensive product that was cloudy and could not be used completely ignored any questions emailed and chatted to support ignored to answer if they were from China and on the forum they deleted my questions and started blocking me to ask other questions I want a refund DO NOT TRUST BIOLABSHOP They ve gone and renamed themselves from biolab
