Well the bitcoin coin that I ordered

Well the bitcoin coin that I ordered had a some kind of stain smudge looking thing on the coin The coin fell out of the case when I opened it so it looked damaged I had given Bitcoin Merch a 3 star but they earned my respect for a 5 star I feel that a company that will reach out to a customer no matter what the amount of the purchase and fix it Now that is an awesome company to keep ordering your products from I am looking forward of returning and ordering a Mars Lander next month Thank You Bitcoin Merch

The support while machine was down

The support when my machine was having issues was excellent My machine was experiencing low hash rate problems and a replacement power supply the new one solved the problem and made my machine run better and faster Excellent work
