I lost my money with Bitpay

I lost my money with Bitpay They charged me 48 for the network fee to refund 84 what I received was 36 They charged me a 48 network fee and the actual fee was 4 I lost 44 don t trust these scammers

Made a purchase using bitpay accused me

Made a purchase using bitpay accused me of underpayment issued a refund for less than left my wallet needs my social security number to receive bitcoin that I don t want I want product This is the death throws of a company about to get wiped out Buy underpayment they say 0000000085 or something but refund me 50 or almost 50000 sats less instead of me adding 1 00usd As long as you hold my 300 worth of bitcoin its not money its property us laws are different between money and property when fraud is involved

Waste of time and money

Their payment gateway is trash For last two days I m not able to make payment Even after sending the bitcoin payment and blockchain showing 2 confirmations bitpay invoice page is not even acknowledging the payment and is getting expired Support Takes 5 to 7 days to reply and that too they skip tickets by asking silly questions and have to wait another 5 7 days to get response What a waste of time and money In response to BitPay s reply I m sure you are non technical person You have no idea what you are saying Your response doesn t fit the problem I had Simply replying with a generic predefined message Nothing better expected Wish I could give 0 star now

Horrible company

Horrible company Just horrible If you value your money and your sanity STAY AWAY Reason for this Bad Review For many transactions BitPay will refuse to send the funds to the destination the merchant for whatever reason And instead of sending the Bitcoin immediately back to the sender BitPay will keep possession of the funds for an inexcusably long time days or weeks During this time the rightful owner of the funds the sender is disconnected from their money while also carrying the currency risk against their will If you value your money and your sanity STAY AWAY

Another scamming company

Another scamming company ripping people off with fees and charges then closing the account and stealing their money CRIMINALS Most of the 3 and 4 star reviews are scammers or work with the company Take Note People who say Mr So and so were very helpful are scamming liars who work for the cuntpany

Please don t trust bitpay

Please don t trust bitpay they just stole my money Bitpay asked me for my ID three times in two months crazy As soon as I stopped submitting any documents they started stealing my money I got an email notification that the payouts have started processing but my bank account is no longer able to receive the payouts and they don t respond to my emails anymore I have removed bitpay from my website I don t want to google any reviews about them anymore I see a lot of fake reviews those 5 star reviews may even be bought by them

ID verification waiting for a eternity

Lol I sent my ID verification to them and they have been verifying it for 7 days now I contacted the support service but they did not answer me for another 14 days Judging by the numerous bad reviews Bitpay today is a scam a non-working crypto service I do not recommend And I was lucky that I could not even use it for its intended purpose

They used to be good service

They used to be good service for Bitcoin payments when merchants wanted accept bitcoin payments but not take Bitcoin to their posession Now they are lagging behind technology and instead of upgrading now they are putting costs on customers They take some verry strange network fee absurdly high and not support SegWit They take payments to adresses like 1K2F2SXb legacy address format They also reuse adresses LOL

Bitpay is simply the worst

Bitpay is simply the worst I used them to receive small payments over the past several months and wondered why I never received a payout Their response You must accumulate at least 01 Bitcoin around 420 in value at current rates before they will release your funds Until you achieve that balance level they hold your money hostage There are MANY other crypto payment processors available who don t resort to this scam tactic Don t waste your time with Bitpay
