As other times I did a transactions to get bitcoins but this time the result was a message of error and neither bitcoins nor money in my wallet I wrote my issue to support departament creating a ticket numer And some weeks later my money was refunded in my wallet

So weeks ago maybe a month now

So weeks ago maybe a month now I transfered my bitcoin from a platform to my blockchain wallet but it didnt reflect and so I contacted the blockcain customer care after back and forth emails I still didnt receive the btc so I gave up only for me to get an email from the help center trying to find out if I had receieved my btc successfully but i forgot to reply until 9 days later and when I finally did I got a quick response teaching me how to restore my btc from my settings and yeah my bitcoins has finally immeditaley been restored in my wallet

Hallo My name is Roy Day and on the 21st of January I personally transfered an amount to blockchain to buy btc This went left as blockchain decided to suspend my account now my money is stuck on their platform and i dont know how to get them to at least send it back to my bank I dont want anything to do with blockchain anymore and i encourage everybody to stay of blockchain before you end up like me This is in some way theft and i have been with it to the authorities and my lawyer to see what i can do about it Sorry to say but blockchain has disappointed me in many ways due to lack of communication Im done

Problem solving is bunch of progression steps Doesn t happen straight away if the subject is somebody s money I have been trying to get resolution almost a month Half of the time I ve spent Toby able to understood Then applying the steps of solution in a right way So far started to see some progress Thanks for the help for CS team Khloe Francesca Angel Bert Rayan Tanios Tracy Apologise if there s any other team member that I did not mention My only suggestion is to explain more and more how important this wallet product safety and access to it It s not a xmail password that easily recovered It s not at all So do your way to keep your password safe word etc safe and accessible Then don t think you have right to be rude or disrespectful to people who try to keep your money safe that you failed to do so Thanks MB

Bought some crypto and money was

Bought some crypto and money was removed from my bank account as asked The problem is the crypto never appeared in my wallet This happened 3 times I have bought other crypto previously without any problems I asked blockchain to refund my money and they did without question each time Would use again
