WARNING SCAM The company does not pay out bonuses all their promotions are based on cheating and extracting money Plus their games have the lowest win rate of any site Watch out for this page

A few weeks ago I deposited about 2k about 0 05643 BTC to play for a while and enjoy After confirming my account with my identity and winning a game I doubled my balance so far so good after a while they sent me an email asking for more information about my account and verify some information so far so good all verified What was my surprise when after a while I got an email telling me that my account was using Double Spend if you win then confirm your deposit on the Blockchain and attempt to withdraw all winnings will be confiscated and your account will be closed permanently At this point I checked on the blockchain that the deposit reached them correctly in full and I asked them for more information and I am still waiting for a response after 2 weeks and I still can t access my account Is this the treatment they give to their clients who win Ask for a thousand information and accuse them of something not to pay them Surely if I had asked for my money there would have been no problem At the very least I demand my money back since I have not lost it I have read that more users have had something similar happen to them We demand answers EDIT I am still waiting for an answer and a solution The only thing I want is to get my money back if the account with which I have deposited money for some reason is not correct for them I am fine with them not letting me play or not giving me the deposit But it is of scammers that they take my money or block it after winning only

WARNING DO NOT PLAY ON THIS SCAM SITE This casino is a scam they let you connect Metamask which allows immediate withdrawal and deposit in theory in reality they dont let you withdraw my withdrawal transaction is pending forever and most likely my money will get stuck there for eternity I tried different ways to get the money out but I just gave up now do not be like me AVOID THIS SITE

I am suicidal as a result of bitcasino s lack of care and attention I asked for myself to be locked off my account until feb 2022 I have a serious gambling issue and asked them to facilitate my request They only blocked it for 24hrs and emailed me saying if i can still go ahead with block or rejoin after the 24hrs Me being a gambling addict i asked them to reopen and i lost my life savings in 2 hrs I feel suicidal now and i feel they shouldve honoured my initial request to block my account until feb 2022z
