Flowers were sent to a completely different unknown address

The flowers I sent to a friend for her birthday were delivered to a completely different address and they couldn t tell me which address exactly They only knew the street but not the house number How can this happen Even now after three days she still hasn t received her flowers

How hard can it be

4 days ordered in advance Still managed to deliver the package one day late Thanks for delivering one day too late on my mothers birthday Never ordering there ever again Stupid people

Flowers did not deliver and I had to cancel my order with no time option to order from previous sellers whose services I have used and trust I contacted customer service who said I hope you can still find a solution A bit lame luckily I ll get my refund but I will also never be using their service again Punctuality of flower delivery is the main thing Im quite sad and disappointed as I wanted to surprise my mom with flowers now she won t know I put thought in something from far away I wish I had just used topbloemen instead - maybe the bouquets aren t the same level I can t know or compare but at least you ll get the service

Not on time

On the website they mention next day delivery when ordered before 22 hours I placed my order in the morning on Wednesday no delivery on Thursday My shipment is still unknown at the carrier I m very disappointed
