Wonderful shopping experience

I was searching for an item of summer clothing out of stock on the label s own site and at every other online retailer we checked My partner had seen it loved the look of it then was really disappointed to find it was out of stock in 12 clearly a popular piece and sighed oh well Hoping to surprise her I continued searching until I found one in stock at Blossom Boutique As a bonus it was also slightly cheaper than the brand s own price Fantastic There was just a slight hiccup when I paid with Apple Pay needing delivery but it defaulted to collect from store A quick email was answered almost instantly at 5 30AM They couldn t have been more friendly helpful and accommodating The item was received the very next working day in perfect condition My partner was so delighted with the style fit and the way it made her feel She is so busy she rarely finds time to shop just for herself and thought she had probably missed out on this for the summer An absolutely wonderful purchase experience made possible by Blossom Boutique I can t recommend them enough Thank you

Fabulous customer service from this lovely family business Nothing is too much trouble for them - I collected my order from an alternative address nearer to my home in order to avoid the horrendous tailbacks through the major roadworks within the vicinity of the boutique Well done for treating your customers as you would your own family xx
