The pack was given to DHL that in Italy is unreliable and cannot be reached on the phone They marked my absence at 13 49 of Tuesday I was at home for lunch and at 16 42 of Friday I was at home Today no new and any attempt to reach DHL meets a machine The address they communicated me is incomplete but they have my phone number When I got the box all was as expected
