Very disappointed with how I received my order when I opened the box all the bottles were open lotion shampoo and conditioner everywhere Very poorly packaged

I have not received any information regarding my items or the delivery of these You said you would be reviewing my order but another 2 days has elapsed and no news I think that 1 star was overly generous of me Thanks for the prompt reply I ll take the full refund option Thanks It was good product but can t be waiting for who knows how long

Switzerland custom fees

In Switzerland I had to pay an extra custom fees not only VAT but also handling fees Bodyenspa should be able to handle a delivery avoiding these fees as Amazon is able to do My expenses increased of 30 because of that Did you remove dutch vat when exporting to a non-EU country Why don t you warn customer for this extra costs
