Disappointment with Service Provided by Bonza

We chose Bonza based on several conversations with Renee who was efficient and friendly We were under the impression that the level of service post-contract signing would mirror the efficiency and friendliness displayed by Renee We specifically inquired if the sales team possessed similar efficiency and sales skills to which Renee affirmed However we were exceedingly disappointed with the lack of efficiency and professionalism demonstrated throughout the entire selling process The follow-up was impatient and arogan not aligning with the promised service standards Moreover because of the urgency of selling our business and the need to significantly adjust the selling price we encountered an unreasonable delay of over five business days in executing the necessary price adjustment on all websites A minor request taking such a long period to be addressed is extremely unsatisfactory Our business was eventually sold to a current owner within the franchise group which was entirely unrelated to Bonza

Pathetic Made a nice donation to this lot Over four years they did absolutely nothing to actively sell my business Once they have your money they are just happy to keep you paying their annual fees

The whole conversation regarding buying a potential business with these brokers on more than 1 occasion has been a laughable joke These ppl are a joke and i wouldn t let them wash my dog let alone sell my business They reply to emails without even using your first name a bare basic requirement for any b2b engagement its 101 basic b2b given Make it personal they just don t It appears they all remote workers which is fine however it seems like this is their second job their not slightly invested You get random emails re follows up for businesses you have got info for not a phone call no that would require actual effort These are one of the worst business brokers ever and i reckon 90 of them have never owned their own business and wouldn t know 99 of what s required to create and build one let alone run it day by day Appalling stay away everything is way overpriced and is in la la land Disgraceful They truly are amateurs
