I cancelled a reservation 15 minutes too late and by accident only canceled one room instead of the two I had booked Booked net was able to get a full refund for me They took the initiative to contact the hotel several times and got this resolved even though it was my error They went above and beyond Thank you Kate

The assistance I received from Jane at
I booked a non-refundable room in Amsterdam yesterday with Booked net Didn t notice the service charge and was shocked for final amount Thanks to Kate booking was cancelled free of charge even with completely my fault The cancellation took minimum of my time and effort Really happy to use this service Thanks a lot

Pleasantly surprised
I made a reservation a week ago but I had to cancel it immediately In the cancellation policy of my reservation it said that I could cancel it 3 days before arrival to avoid the 100pct penalty Reviewing my movements of my credit card online today the reservation charge was included but not the refund I called booked net and Miss Amy attended me cordially and gave me all the facilities to solve my case which was resolved within 18 minutes of sending her the information

Booked net is a fair company
I have to say that I was beyond horrified when I realised I d booked our Bangkok accommodation through a third party not directly with the hotel itself I was even more horrified when I read Booked net s negative reviews arghhhh Anyway thanks to Co-vid19 we cancelled our trip and I have to say that Amy in customer support has been a superstar dealing with our cancellations even getting a refund on one non-refundable booking She s been fabulous to deal with

Cancellation Refund
Unfortunately due to corona virus concerns I had to cancel my trip to South Korea Amy has been so helpful in making sure I receive my refund from the hotel and she did just that I am so glad she was able to assist me with all of my requests She continued to keep me updated and she made me feel like a valued guest

I had a very positive experience
Cancellation due to the Coronavirus I booked accommodations in Barcelona for April at the no cancellation rate When I advised them I was cancelling due to the Coronavirus I was informed that I can expect a refund in the next 5-7 days Really appreciate the service and I will look to rebook when possible in the future

I had a very positive experience Unfortunately I had to cancel my booking 1 day before we travelled due to a family emergency and Kate could not have been more helpful She got me a full refund which I really appreciated as I had paid the full amount which was none refundable I have no hesitation in giving booked net 5 stars and highly recommending them

Very good service
I had a booking with Booked net at a resort in Costa Rica when I found out that the large group I was with also had a booking for me with the resort I contacted Booked net about a possible refund for my original booking with them and through a series of emails between them and the resort it was all worked out I received a full refund from Booked net Thanks to Kate and Diana for all of their excellent help
