For our trip through Florida we booked all our hotels 4 different ones through booking com They did not have the cheapest prices but then there are no hidden costs Everything is covered such as resort fees etc We did not have any problems or surprises at check-in We also tried super-cheap hotel reservation services such as supertravel or roomsxxl We booked a fully-refundable rate waited a few days and then called the hotels They did not receive any reservations With booking com it is different they are very reliable

Welcoming service

Booked apartment through booking com in Benidorm I have booked with them a few times now Apartments are always as described Was welcomed in to their office on arrival Checked in and given keys efficiently and instructions promptly as a taxi was waiting en route to our apartment Would definitely recommend

I had made a booking for flights business a lot of money and all our accommodation before I read reviews for a 5 week trip to UK and Italy in June July 2023 I read some dreadful reviews and thus spent a very nervous few months thinking perhaps I had bought a dud I did double check with airlines that we actually had a booking - and confirmed these with screen shots from their websites - and did the same with accommodation reservations All were above board and I must say our entire wonderful trip went without a hitch We were also travelling with our family who had made their accommodation bookings through booking com and again all of these were successful I would use booking com again

Best hotel booking service

Used this service for many years and I have no complaints whatsoever Usually it s much cheaper than booking a hotel via phone or email and so easy to manage especially with hotels hostels and apartments in countries where not too many speak English the booking com customer support does the job for you

Host vendetta against booking com

I am a booking Com host There is a vendetta against booking com from hosts that were not paid on time I was one of the many not paid on time but they rectified the problem after 6 weeks They did tell us they had some maintenance coming up that could cause problems A lot of these negative comments are false and made up I use them all the time to book and they are brilliant Most negative ratings after June 2023 are misleading in my opinion I also know of a new company that admit they are trying to bring them down which is not good business practice from an ethical point of view

Top app for booking places to stay

I have been using booking com for two to three years now never had a problem with the website at all I have found some good deals on here and customer service all ways been outstanding and very helpful if I had any problems at all I just find a bit hard to get the best rewards from the app or website I think you have 2 years to get a level 3 you need to book and stay 15 Different places to get this rewards and price are keep going up and up hope I get this 15 stays to get the best rewards

Why all the negative reviews

I don t understand all the negative reviews I ve used booking com for years and stayed in dozens of hotels all over the world without any problems at all Just don t book anywhere with less than 8 0 rating and use your common sense Obviously the cheapest places with less than 8 0 rating will more likely have problems

Disappointed to read so many negative reviews for this company

I m really shocked to see so many negative comments on here I have booked all my hotels here and have never been disappointed Hopefully the companies is not going downhill now My most recent experience was December 2022 I feel the unhappy comments out here are genuine and has put me off somewhat I even wanted to book my flights with booking Com in the near future but feel a bit apprehensive after reading the negative reviews Hope booking Com try and help their customers in need
