i have contacted boost several time
i have contacted boost several time about my account and their customer service just plain sucks i asked to be transferred to supervisor but all they did was put me on hold after 10 mins i hung up every time i ask them a simple yes or no question i always get a run around answer

Boost cut my services because they SO BAD
Boost cut my services because they merged with something else After 6 hours trying to get this resolved I have no service The customer service is the worst on the whole universe and they don t fix anything Keep transfering here and there and after 2 3 hours on hold they Hang up on you Please go out of business This company does not deserve to have 1 single customer and they don t have a decency to even call you back THE WORST EVER

Boost mobile stuck the service is Garbage you pay for fu - a family plan but can t get in touch with 611 want even call out it a shame when you have to borrow someone else phone then you ask too speak with the manager and he s rude as fu -will be changing my service it s not worth a 107 00 dollars

I have been a loyal customer for 7 years
I have been a loyal customer with Boost for about 7 years I even got may family to switch to the So the last 6 month they have lowered everyone s usage but 1 2 no even unlimited anymore we all have slowed phones even I am so disappointed and embarrassed for having family and friends switch to have these issues I will be switching along w friends and family I have brought over Idc to pay the same price at other prepaid for more and what I paid for Very shady Bbost we all know between your reps and just customer satisfaction is beyond false advertising

It s now September 26th and the BBB and I are still trying to get Boost Mobile to do the right thing about that defective iPhone 8 they sold me and are still selling Apple reported this hardware defect in 2018 Then I get a letter from them today complaining about all the voice mails they left on my broken due to defective hardware iPhone 8 that I failed to respond to

Just DO NOT DO IT Horrible I ordered their SIM card online on March 26th Received their SIM card in the mail March 31 Put it in right away Could not make and phone calls or send text messages Called customer service Spend AN HOUR a total monkey Next April 1 they enabled the calls text messages However they started my billing cycle on the 27 So they are trying to charge you for service you have never used Now I am trying to cancel my service with them they require autopay on your CC Spent an hour and a half trying to cancel my service Still cannot cancel the service They are thugs

Boost is AWFUL
Boost has horrible cellular service Customer service is poor Tech support is incompetent Recommend picking another provider 0 stars One of the worst companies ever to have dealt with They charged me for two months although their service was not working properly It took two months for them to figure out how to setup phone service A waste of time and money Take your business elsewhere
