My son is 11 and currently 4th in the country for trampoline 2nd in DMT my daughter is nearly 14 a regional swimmer she also recently came 2nd on trampoline in the national league finals Our lives are very busy with their training they both get a full varied diet but with them training till late it s not always easy to get the right nutrition this is where YSN fits us perfectly They love the YSN kitchen app too so many recipes to try It makes them so aware of how important correct nutrition is how it benefits their training it s a BIG thumbs up from us

Daughter wasnt keen on the Vanilla one but luckily loves the chocolate flavour These give me peace of mind that she is getting the nutrients she needs after a 2hr swim session which doesnt finish until late in the evening

U14 footballer always hungry and tired

My U14 football son is really enjoying both the shakes and bars He drinks a shake before football along with a banana as together they give him a quick boost of energy without him feeling full After football one of your bars is quick it s easy and is a sweet boost after a tough sports session It also gives him the energy to get cleaned-up and unwind properly I ll definitely be purchasing a second shake pouch as he has drunk a shake whenever he feels tired which is quite often at this stage of life

Very easy to order fast service We have chosen YSN to help up the nutrient intake for my 14 year old springboard diver Noticed a difference in energy levels after a week of having a shake each day My daughter also loves to use the powder in her flapjacks and protein balls We travel 1 hour 20mins to training so shakes are nice and quick to make for our long journey home
