They advertise themselves as having their own ads from independent landlords but it has been literally impossible to find a single ad that wasn t a redirection to a first hand rental on bostadsf rmedlingen on which you need to have signed up in the queue and which takes 17 years at the moment in Stockholm to be able to get an apartment The cherry on the cake will be that I paid some 400 - for two months subscription to be able to contact landlords and right away when I noticed that all the landlords were just the links to bostadsf rmedlingen I demanded a refund on the same day Of course it was denied even though that s against European Union s consumer protection law This company is full of and extremely shady It is obvious that their only profit is scamming people with false advertising By the way the minimum subscription is one day which costs 29 - I also asked for a change of subscription to this one and it was denied Big time money grab don t trust these people

I have subscribed to the website thinking that contacting landlord option will be direct contact to the owners However it was just a link to the homeq heimstaden and skebo where the rentals are put and can be applied I have already been enrolled to these websites So when I realize I misunderstand the service given because it is very misleading I was not allowed to use my right of withdrawal Reason for this being I logged in and clicked contacting landlord option How could I understand that this is not what I thought it is without using it Even though after realizing this and contacting them for withdrawal right still it was not allowed So I do not recommend this website as their advertisement is highly misleading and their customer service is terrible

despite a very well processed advertisement and rounds of payments for the service for 2 months Zero people contacted me I had to find a tenant myself outside the site worthless service even though you pay dearly

Charged me 298 SEK for something I never signed up for

I would NEVER recommend this site to nobody It is TOTALLY unnecessary to use and they will take your 300 - for doing absoultely NOTHING but filling your mail in box with fruitless leads that lead to nothing If you are looking for accomodation get in touch with the landlords directly and not this scandoluos extortion run by bostadsportalen Furious at my own naivity to trust them but if you are reading this - you been warned

Not the way to find a new tenant Paid for increased exposure which was a waste of money

I signed up for their service thinking I was making a one-time purchase not subscribing That might be my mistake but I emailed them an hour after they charged my card the following month and they insisted it was my responsibility to cancel before the charge A good company would refund the customer in a situation like this I will avoid this company going forward and recommend others do the same

As a Dane I ve used their Danish version Boligportalen in the past which worked really well for me Therefore I felt pretty confident I could use their Swedish site as well However as a non-Swede without personnummer this site is pretty useless as it unlike the Danish version directs you to agencies where you need to have a personnummer to be able to sign up This is a good thing - but if you don t yet have one it s of no use In my quick searches around the portal I found that 90 of the cases were like this The remaining 10 were sketchy-looking private landlords with bad pictures and poor descriptions of their apartments Bottomline - only sign up and pay if you have a Swedish personnummer

Difficult to find the function to rearrange the advertisement you put out on the webb
