Customer support NEVER replies

Customer support NEVER replies My rewards weren t given even though the EXACT items that i purchased are pictured next to each brand reward and every time I sync my acct it says no rewards found even tho I purchased several of the products I have been trying to get in contact for months with not one reply

Customer support never responds

Customer support never responds Turned commenting off on their social media so people don t know how awful it is and your purchases don t even track right In the beginning it was great but 2 months in and it is AWFUL Ive been waiting over a week for a payout

It started out great

It started out great but my first cash out didn t go through I contacted customer support and never heard back Second time I cashed out I got my money and I was extremely excited I tried to cash out a third time and it won t let me cash out until I give them a picture of my face my credit card information which they shouldn t need bc I attached my Amazon account and pay through Amazon Others have said it asks for their drivers license info Way too much information is required I ve never used a couponing company that asks for this information and the fact that they let you cash out once without it and then all of the sudden decide they need it is beyond sketchy

this app is truly sad I have emailed them 4 x and got no answer I made 18 28 pending since sept 12and 14 15 2 weeks ago then they stopped so i could make anything and saying this on my account what did I do wrong I did survey s and buy the crap temporarily removed my privileges this is bull crap you need to publicly admit i did nothing wrong brandclub I am on you tube katahadin kooking mamas homestead

Scaaaaammmm please don t fall for those who put 5 star reviews they are either probably customer service I ve been buying product from Amazon and Walmart Now I have 64 pending for ever and no one will answer your questions I regret buying food that I don t like Hope they hold accountable for scamming people

Why my credit card

Now when you cashout it requires you to put in a credit card which doesn t make sense and they take 1 50 for a processing fee I think this app will be on it s way out since competitors don t do that and it s too much personal info to require and possibly get my credit card info stolen over it

I would give zero if I could Awful terrible dishonest company that will only reply to support emails with a pre written script and will never honor what they promote They will never unlock anything to actually pay you Anyone promoting is being paid Trust the majority and stay far far far away
