I have sent a msg to you regarding my faulty lip stick latte running no cap on top stuck in applicator stick ran like water all over my hands and basin l want the pomegranate salt colour in place of them they just run off your lips shocking aswell

Really horrible thick makeup that cakes on your skin doesn t blend and clumps when you try to blend it Accentuates lines wrinkles which looked worse with it on Ended up having to wash it off threw it in the bin Complete waste of money

Feels like grease

First off so over priced The product plus the shipping is certainly not worth the tiny amount of product you get First time using it I started off using my hands to spread the product like I d seen in so many of their videos and instantly realised it ain t working so ended up using a beauty blender but the product wasn t too smooth to blend Ended up being blotchy After I d finished my heart sank My face looked horrible The product just looks greasy and did not feel that great I used this product a few times to give it a chance ended up having to use so many other products to actually be happy with how my face looked which defeated the purpose of why I bought this in the first place It s just grease You may as well put sunscreen on then your foundation Dont waste your money

The product is awful and their reviews are manipulated

The product is awful Does not sit well on my skin and is terrible to rub in blend in But what is even worse is the fact that the reviews are completely biased I went to leave a one-star review but received an email saying that they needed me to sign up to Judge me to verify that it was me who left the review Out of interest I used another email address to leave a 5-star review And guess what - no email asking me to sign up to Judge me So clearly people are going to be less likely to be bothered or risk signing up to a random website in order to leave a one-star review Completely biased and scammy

I am so frustrated with this company

I am so frustrated with this company and dragging me along ignoring my emails and not refunding me I never received my order as it most likely got lost in transit I ordered 19 Oct and it s now 06 December I had to get a hold of their team on Instagram to let them know that my emails were being ignored I just want a refund at this point Any other company would have refunded me by now I order online all the time and I ve never had to deal with such horrible customer service Everytime they do respond to my email they say it s been delivered and are not looking at the correct order I m just so mad at this point I just want my money back

Poor communication Shipping takes far too long I asked multiple times for a refund because they couldnt even send me a working tracking link - they ignored my emails until they sorted out the tracking this is a full week after purchase Still waiting for it show up unfortunate unprecedented technical error it s amazing how often I hear this bull from these online companies these days Last time it was a company that proudly declares they are not dropshippers yet my product was seriously delayed cause they had to get it sent to me from the UK but they re totally not dropshipping they just didn t have the stock despite their website saying it was instock And so many more examples Tired of all these new businesses and their lies

No inclusive offers for darker skin tones
