I love my new trench coat I lost one of the arm cuffs within the 1st week of purchase as it was loose and fell off while out and about I decided to email Bronze Snake and I could not be happier with the customer service I received very quick response and within a few days I had a new sleeve cuff arrive in the post which ties much tighter I don t think I ll be losing this one anytime soon Thank you Bronze Snake team X
