The two engineers were both excellent They were efficient polite respectful and thorough The work undertaken was to replace three existing radiators They came exactly on time and made sure that everything was working properly before they left They also cleaned up after they finished the work Brookhouse Gas Services Ltd is an excellent company and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them

My water heating had stopped working

My water heating had stopped working The fault was left on the answerphone this morning and by 12 noon spoke to the office and within half an hour an engineer was here diagnosed the fault and sorted it all No mess and very professional and pleasant young man Thoroughly recommend the company and service received Thank you

We had a problem with the church boiler and phoned them in the morning Although they were down 1 engineer and couldn t promise to visit that day they fixed it that same day Always very good service Would highly recommend

Called Brookhouse Gas with a problem with my boiler spoke to Nick who reassured me as I was a little worried I m a woman of a certain age who doesn t like anything to do with gas he sent an engineer out straight away who within 30 minutes had it all sorted Would highly recommend this company it s great in this day and age to find a company you can always rely on Thank you Nick and Donna
