Not only is BB another company that sells almost all self promoting merchandise the quality of their clothes are not up to par Of all the items I ve bought there they have all fallen apart in the span of a few weeks Only to mention there pricing is way too much for what you re buying Though due to my first horrible experiences I have not shopped there recently so maybe it s improved

Been wearing brooksbrother shirts for several years now When I ve bought new shirts last year they ve begun to tear at the elbows and the wrists at the seems The quality has become cheap and they refuse to replace them or repair them Awful company and horrible customer service Buy something else

Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service both pre and post-sale Simply wanted to change the size of a sweater purchased 28 11 22 delivered 8 12 22 and opened 25 12 but outside their utterly restrictive 14-day return policy so they refused to help in any way This a fine example of a terrible company DO NOT ORDER ON LINE they are the worst I have ever experienced and way out of kilter with present day consumer expectations

Useless customer support

Useless customer support The return shipping label was from Fedex and there is no fedex drop off location at my place Requested for other shipping label and they say they can t provide and i must use Fedex only So i now need to travel about 60 kms just for this even though they are charging money for returns in general

THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS

Made my first purchase from this company when I bought some shirts When they arrived I discovered that the shirts were much bigger than the size guide indicated they should be and were really poorly made There is nothing in the package or the website regarding returns I have emailed and tried contacting customer service via the web but all communications have been ignored Really unhappy Zero customer service DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

OMG - Can I give lower than one star Placed an order - went to track it using their order confirmation number provided by e-mail First - email link to tack the order doesn t work it goes to an error pageSecond - go to the website and hit track order using their order number - another error pageThird - emailed them - you are guaranteed a response within 8 to 10 business days - OMG seriouslyFourth - called customer service - now in queue 45 minutes with a recordingMay you stay in Bankruptcy or refile this is horrendous

Impossible to recommend

After 50 shipping another 55 import duty the quality no longer matches the price at all Ordered 3 shirts and 2 of them are made of a low quality fabric that would have been returned if return shipping didn t cost an additional 50 Difficult to overstate how disappointing this experience has been Furthermore tailoring costs will double the price of each shirt as the sizing is ridiculous Looks like these shirts were sewn for potatoes

Absolute the worst Don t order from them Their exchange service and gustomer service is abysmal and they charge huge fees for the return With so much competition and so many other great brands out there who have a much better service prices and quality it s astonishing how they can treat their customers like this
