The experience with Brookson One has been exceptional and unexpected Marrianne was my onboarding consult From the start of the process she was very easy to converse with and clear on the process to familiarise myself with the portal and advice on the financial arrangements for a new limited company She was always ready and still is to answer any of my queries outside the scheduled meetings That also goes for the Business Advisor unit in general as at times I started new conversations and received a response within 24hrs or at the start of the next business day Responses that came from different Advisors Good to know that there is a knowledgeable team in the back ground ready to assist

Fantastic Mortgage experience with Fred Harmer as my advisor Didn t think it would be possible for me to get a mortgage being a contractor with less than 12 months previous history due to a career break and only 6 months on my current contract But Fred found me a great deal and sorted it all out so quickly and smoothly He was always responsive so kind and helpful Thanks Fred and Brookson for making my first mortgage experience as smooth as possible and for helping sort out a massive life milestone for me
