Poor unresponsive customer service

POOR AND UNRESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE Haven t received the items I paid for and all efforts to contact customer service via phone and email seeing as the delivery date has passed has been unsuccessful PHONE LINE IS NEVER REACHABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT RESPOND EITHER I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

they don t inspect it at all

17 December 2023 I ordered a Moncler Citala model The delivery was fast but I received a strange model I guess they don t inspect it at all The customer center doesn t respond very well Because of them a huge amount of emotion and time is wasted I think it s the worst experience ever I wonder when the refund will be made

Scam no item and no update just taken money out

Item was ordered about a week ago and till now no item has been received or any information or update on item has been given I have sent various emails and no response You can t even call them as it goes on answer machine Very bad service or shall I say no service available apart from money been taken from my account Will log a complain with PayPal and see what happensIt s the 10th today and no update on item or any emai or correspondence I have sent around 4 emails and no reply

Customer service where art thou

Sent me the wrong item to what I ordered When I asked them to resend the actual item for an event I had to attend they refused to send the item until they had received the other one back which put me at great inconvenience I had no issue sending back the incorrect item but as customer service goes the fact YOU made a mistake I should not have been inconvenienced in such a way Anyhow I sent back the item and now failed to hear back from anybody despite sending 3 chaser emails Still not received the correct item and no refund has been made either very shocking customer service will never buy from this site again even after I do get my money back the right item sent
