Delivery was fast but you sent me the wrong item which was non refundable and I won t wear them at all

The customs clearance cost was huge higher than the value of the product In addition in order to return the product according to the site s instructions I should go to the airport to arrange it meaning extra cost and time It was a really bad experience I am disapointed

My last order with the yellow Palm Angels cap was not in a good state when I received it the top front was broken which makes it not fit when I wear it I can t even use it because it s not nice to wear I couldn t also complain because my previous order for the Balmain shoe I bought was already a messy and disappointing one with your representative So I didn t want to go through stress again with how your representative treated my order You guys need to do better because you have good deals and products
