A great product but the size wasn t not

A great product but the size wasn t not correct I ordered size 38 but this happened to be too small and I had to return it

The tax was too high

The tax was too high I was so happy to purchase at a discount but the savings was offset by the tax and customs duty It would have been cheaper had I ordered at Jomashop

Custom fee

Everything s fine but there was no mention about the custom fee I was disappointed to have to pay more than 40 value of the parcel for custom fee It should have been marked much more clearly

Not the best experience

I found a problem with my sweatshirt after I had worn it but the customer service helped me out the best they could with a small refund so I could get my item repaired Overall I m still happy

Delivery was on time quality checks on products not great have to return item at my own expense and wait for verification on fault Updated however they have a good customer service who take onboard any experience I will update on the progress of my return

Service and dispatch was 10 10 The box the item came in was ruined and the bag did seem like it had been used There were a couple of pull lines in the nylon and the handle was a little discoloured Couldn t really complain for the price but would have been more disappointed if I paid full price

smooth process quick delivery but you have to pay for returns nearly 9 to send some shoes back It also cost 4 for original delivery So 13 in total

Website is ok easy to order and looks like good products the only issue was with delivery I didn t get my parcel Contacted the customer service and they are on it now waiting for the result
