Abysmal customer service

I visited their bakery stall in a car park at a location in W Sussex at the weekend a few months ago it was manned by two older women who were just glued to their phones showing no interest whatsoever As I was browsing their produce which was sub standard imo they eventually decided to approach me they acted in a very obnoxious unpleasant and rude manner I did think at first they were perhaps having a bad day not that this should be an excuse for poor customer service After speaking to decent staff members from the primary retail store also based at this same location they rolled their eyes It quickly transpired that this had been a regular occurrence I would seriously look at hiring more decent and conscientious employees as this reflects bad on your company and customers
