Terrible is all that I can say Not a single update or word about my order for a solid 6 months If I didn t inquire I probably wouldn t hear from them for a whole year but they are happy to take your payment right away If customer service is this bad then the watch is probably terrible

Better options are available

Poor quality of wristband screen layout Only positive experience was the packaging For this price all other sportswatches are a much better deal The Taghuerer is a smart watch and also not worth it

Ordered a watch in Feb 22

Ordered a watch in Feb 22 received an email update in May stating order had slipped to June 24 that date has past sent 3 emails requesting update and not received a single response from supplier Deliver now for anybody ordering a watch is Oct 22 Customer service and communications is awful

Absolutely not worth the money

Absolutely not worth the money Had mine over a year and it remains in the box Afraid to wear it as the straps are terribly vulnerable The bezels are virtually impossible to change with the naked eye and the skills of a surgeon Whilst the function and graphics are good but the watch itself is totally impractical for every day use I definitely would not recommend it Several for sale second hand I ve Wasted money There are better smart watches at a fraction of the price I m now told there was minor issue s with the original straps Does that mean we are being compensated Not a very good admission for a high range product I would be delighted to return my watch for a refund It s unmarked and boxed as new
