I ordered the inspire watch It took 24 days to receive it and when it came we tried to get it to work It is very difficult to connect to the phone It won t stay on and after much effort we finally got it to connect 2 minutes later it disconnected And the company states that the phone must be the problem My husband bought the phone 2 days ago They want us to make a video of the problem How do you video a watch that won t connect Someone said that they reported this company to BBB but I could not find any report Horrible

The watch didn t hold a charge longer than 24 hours and did not ever sync to the app It was worthless and they wouldn t help me unless I sent a video to them showing them the problem They say they will give a full refund but this is a lie They will refund you but only if you ship the item back to Asia at your own expense II would not trust this company

Rang the number on the website 44 7764 512244 is inaccessible - is there an issue with the number and why is it a cell phone number The product is described well and the site is professional But why can t I reach on the phone number

Ordered watch back in April 2022 and never received the watch Tried contacting many times w no call back no one answers phone because they say its down for maintenance DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM
