Don t advertise opening hours if you aren t going to adhere to them Sheffield Station Burger King advertises 10pm closing but actually closes before 8pm With everywhere else on the station closed long before that and nothing else serving hot food and drink within 5mins walk With nothing open in the evenings for a 2 hour changeover Is it a contest to see which goes out of business first the fast food chain or the rail service Both offer services which are taken away without warning

Slow as usual Staff said it was a franchise and not sure what offers they did Wanted 30p for a barbecue sauce at BK North Muskham Newark Not on your life It s about time the public sent these chancers and Muckdonalds a message and just stayed away

unhappy with the burger king uk app

I am really unhappy with the burger king app They dont offer the rewards they advertise and there is no support I mean burger king support via the app doesnt work and there is no way to email or contact burger king uk any other way I uninstalled the app

Cold food Penrith

We ordered a chicken royale and a whopper meal using their automated booking The food was cold and the shakes we ordered weren t available we were offered an alternative but that s not the point why they were showing as available on the display who knows Very poor quality won t be returning

Worst Manager Ever

WELL WHERE TO START Natalie the assistant manager was possibly the most awkwardly attitude bearing moron I ve encountered for some time I asked for mayonnaise and questioned why it was extra given its free in other burgerkings quite a reasonable question having just spent over 30 quid on 2 meals quite costly for what it is Instead of a simple explanation I got more attitude than you d expect from a petulant child But perhaps my expectations were a little high for Natalie with her smug expressions and grossly unnecessary cocky retorts which led me to be quite shocked I was then asked if I d like to refund my order and go elsewhere again with some level of smugness Perhaps she s having a bad day On a whole the place was grubby dirty toilets no soap or hand sanitizers and again I m told they don t have any In a food establishment Perhaps Natalie s management requires more senior managers to retrain the attitude out of her Maybe she would be better suited to a job away from customers I reccomend the outer reaches of Mongolia could be more suited bless her Final thoughts AVOID BURKERKING WREXHAM LIKE THE PLAUGE DUMP WITH BAD STAFF ESPECIALLY NATALIE HAVE A GREAT DAY

Staff did not speak or understand English well Some of the staff cooking had beards and did not wear snoods As for the Double bacon cheeseburger XL it was the smallest one I have ever seen talk about false descriptions I will never go there again This was the Wakefield Branch

Whopper ready 15 mins to pass it me

Ordered a whopper ice cream and tea I saw a whopper arrive down the shoot within 2 minutes But they made me wait another 15 minutes for someone to get the ice cream and tea As I expected she grabbed the 15 minutes old whopper So I asked for another questioning why I wasn t given it 15 minutes earlier That took another 10 mins to prepare another and the staff weren t happy The whopper I eventually got had a funny aftertaste Got me wondering if the had they done something to it for complaining Or are they now this bad as standard I normally goto Mcds as the grandkids prefer it and coffee is cheaper But I can t believe how much Burger king had gone down hill If you want consistency you can t beat McDonald s

Burger King Edinburgh Waverly train station a simple disgusting the food assistant with long hair didn t wear a net or have the hair tied back at least pigeons walking around flying on the tables and pigeon poo all over the floor The establishment needs doors they share the doors with M S both should pay half and put decent doors to keep the pigeons away

Rubbish company I see they don t respond to reviews on here which speaks volumes We have dietary preferences and when ordering online unable to call the Fenchurch Street branch as they NEVER pick-up despite complaining in writing to Head Office Happened again today so now lost our custom permanently
