Once again an order turns up from burger king hedge end 3 meals ordered no fries delivered go online for a refund which isn t the point even then received refund for one portion of fries The receipt on the bag clearly says 3 fries seriously how hard is the process to follow everyone avoid this place like the plague

Both me and my wife went to the burger king at Richo Coventry Where do i start 21 00 for 2 cold woppers took them back waited while they cooked fresh very poor but better is yet to come went to gents the smell of urine took your breath away toilet pan with human mess all round it the smell and state of them i went to the disabled toilet only to find water all across the floor be it urine or water i complained to the manager who said she checked them at the start of the shift that was 4 hours ago totally utter disgusting should have demanded our 21 back

Ordered a takeaway for my family and only half turned up for the 4 time but will definitely be the last It s a joke as it s not exactly cheap a was a treat Need to employ some competent staff fast

Awful Experience Drive Thru Stirling

First of all at Drive Thru operator swearing because she kept pressing wrong button Waited 12 minutes for order it should have been 90 seconds Complained to Manager who shrugged and said short staffed To top it all got wrong sized chips and lukewarm burger Wasn t waiting another 12 minutes to get it t sorted Sent a complaint email tp BK needless to say no response from BK Disgusted Stirling

I ve not been to Burger King in Cribbs Causeway Bristol for years I decided to try it as a birthday treat Very disappointed with the food Wrong food Missing ingredients Food wasn t like the the picture in there menu Chips terrible Service needs improving Gave up after going back once Young kids serving that have no interest in there job or the food there serving Have to say won t be going back or recommended this to family or friends I used to love a chicken royal In all fairness thus was the only food that I had to share with my sister that we enjoyed

Yuk- dry and disgusting Why say you e brought back a classic when it s completely altered taste contents and texture- revolting I ordered my daughter a bean burger meal she really used to enjoy when it stopped suddenly I saw it was back on the menu and she was very excited to bite into it firstly it was almost a third of the size it used to be- way more dearer than it used to be and it lacked its bean burger flavours instead introducing a curry like and sweet flavour NO THANK YOU If I want to bean burger that s authentic I will make sure I get the burger chain right in future for her- wimpy it is
