Best ever customer service

I frequent this Harlow Branch Store No 13124 so much so the staff making it a point to know me as a regular customer and I don t even have to tell them my order - they just know it The manager is very caring and never too much trouble to fulfil my requests

Very helpful service

A decent young chap at kirkham branch Very polite and helpful Apologies for the delay which to be honest happens from time to time especially in today s world Was sat eating my food and the same young man was contining his work duties within the car park Had a quick chat and again he apologized for the delay No need I said What a cracking worker you ve got there

BURGER KING BARROW IS AMAZING

I went into burger king unsure of what to get as I had never been in there before I am a vegetarian so I wasn t going in with much hope to my surprise they had quite a few options for plant bases and vegan options I went up to the front counter where I was greeted by Amelia she was very polite and welcoming She helped me choose what to order and was very good at suggestive selling I ended up getting the plant based whopper with added vegan cheese and bacon as a meal The burger was piping hot and fresh The fries where the best fast food chain fires I have ever had before Overall it was a pleasant experience and I will be returning and suggesting to others Burger King Barrow

Contrary to the other reviews here I had an excellent experience at the Whiteley branch with friends The staff were friendly and food was hot and what I expected It may not be the cheapest outlet out there but it s reliable Anita

Delightful experience

Had a delightful experience at your drive thru on the border retail park in wrexham I came in started to struggle with the kiosks the manager seen this and sent a staff member straight to me to help me We decided to use the til in the end sharron was so helpful and the restaurant was busy she couldn t do enough to help me and others there that were waiting on food

Vegan Royal burger Delicious

Just had our first vegan Royal burger with chips at Business Park Willerby Ct Beverley Rd Hull HU10 6ED It was delicious To be honest I was expecting it to be bland and tasteless but it is really good Definitely buying more of these vegan burgers from Burger King and the chips are lovely and crispy and not covered in grease so another bonus And on these cold days it was nice to receive the food hot The have cracked it scrummy hot healthy meal The restaurant was fine too P s this veggi burger is far superior to McDonald s veggie burger
