I placed an order from BUY com but it was from SLOW MOOSE a seller on this site I paid on the 30th November only to be told today I wont get it I now have to wait on a refund to try and get my grandson another xmas present I am so angry I will never buy from BUY com again as it is their responsibility as to they are allowing to sell on this site I ve issued a case through paypal but now I have to wait on my refundPLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Awful company

Awful company I ordered some toys on 11th December that never arrived It is now 27th December and the tracking link says it s not even out for delivery I complained and also heard nothing back

Very Rubbish service I ordered 2 dresses for my mum Only one of them came after 1 month and I cannot even contact them to enquire about the other dress Will never order from here ever again and would not recommend anyone to order from here Very disappointed

This company is shocking They don t deserve any stars I wouldn t trust buying anything as when you do it doesn t even work The box came damaged like it s been sat in the warehouse for months Sent it back over three weeks ago and still havnt received my refund Apparently they havnt received it yet Now ignoring my messages DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE AS YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF ITS FAULTY
