Do not use this site It is a scam Ordered a sewing machine advertised ax like new Looked like it was taken out of trash Did not even clean the dirt off of it multiple broken parts Even looked like property of stickers were removed from it Just threw my money out the window No refund at all Stay off this site

A bunch of pawn shops under the umbrella of this buya brand There is no way to contact buya to ask for help when some pawn shop dosent send the item you purchased so im not sure what their purpose really is 5 emails and all ive gotten from the pawn shop i purchased from is these things work themselves out

i asked a guy about a circular saw in a offer if it worked properly maybe it had a bent table or bad brushes who knows i get a email back that says yes which im fine with in the e mail it states if i do not buy this item i lose score credibility on my account lol what for asking if it worked 100 yikes i will never use this scam site i apoligize to the seller maybe it worked 100 but this site will never get my biz lel

Absolute Scam

It doesnt have reliable customer service and they do not refund I bought a reciprocating saw from a store It was supposed to be shipped within 3 days After 5 days I called the store as there was no indication of shipping The guy said that the item isnt available anymore I asked for refund he directed me to contact the so called customer service for refund because they never received the money as they didnt ship I called the customer service one named Michael answered but said they dont have the money as they do not interfere in the deals When I built pressures on him he claimed that his boss agreed to refund the money but I should give them 10 working days that was my mistake I could ve called my bank asking to retrieve my money under fraud claim But I didnt After 12 days I called them asking why they didnt refund the money the same Michael denied completely that he promised of refund Of course what did I expect It became too late to call my bank They are just punch of thieves

I am extremely dissatisfied I placed an order online on 4 25 The advertised delivery was between 7-12 days I even paid for express shipping It is 5 19 and my item is still at Shenzhen processing center I have emailed company to no avail and there is no customer service number that exists I will never order anything from buya again

I purchased a Garmin nuvi 2589LMT It doesn t shows traffic data Missing traffic receiver cable In sellers listing stated Complete Includes all cords cables connectors and attachments as included by factory Despite buya com s supposed policy of 7-day returns from its sellers this listing stated no returns therefore no way to initiate a return online But it is significantly NOT as described and both the seller and buya com are not responding in a timely or effective fashion I now had to open a dispute through Paypal I WILL get my money back I really really should have paid attention to the mostly poor reviews of buya com Live learn I guess
