I googled the title of the book I wanted to purchase and buybestusa popped up on result and shows hard cover in format description It turns out to be an e-book It s also non-refundable This was not in the description No integrity Buyer beware

This has been said many times in past reviews but this website is extremely misleading They send the buyer a link to an online version of the book even though they make the buyer believe that he or she is ordering a hard copy I highly advice you to avoid this website

I ordered a book and received an invoice from PayPal but no communication from them Seller s email was bogus Called help number -- it too was non-existent Site said nothing about book being downloadable not hard copy

Went to this website to buy a book A real book not a digital one Nowhere in the description does it say that its an ebook PDF you re buying Nowhere in the purchasing process is it indicated that you re buying a digital copy Once you buy then you re sent an email with a link to download The website indicates that they do not issue refunds There are enough honest people out there to do business with so give this shady website a pass

I felt intentionally misled No where was it obvious this was a digital book - let alone only valid for one year When I requested an immediate refund as soon as the purchase link showed I download I was informed the fine print say no refunds A yukky way to do business

This company is an absolute scam Totally misleading They lead you to believe that you are ordering a physical book and require your shipping information but then only supply you with a probably illegal PDF file that is only valid for 1 year Calling my credit card to do a chargeback Avoid this company at all costs
