Due to a family emergency we found ourselves having to change our flight dates Emma was phenomenal Were it not for Emma s exemplary service this review would have only received a 2 star rating due to the unnecessary runaround we experience with the Turkish Airlines booking service I don t think we will be flying Turkish Airlines again Next time we will go with Emma s recommendation

Excellent experience with Gita

Am definitely recommending this business to friends and family Gita worked tirelessly for two days to put together a complicated itinerary It was made more difficult by the time constraints she had to worked with and the needs of an 82 year old passenger She was very patient and accommodating with the myriad of questions I had for her Most of all I appreciate the reassurance that if any problems arise she will intervene on our behalf to quickly resolve them Gita is a keeper and true professional and I look forward to working with her in the future
