Basil has been wonderful I submitted a web request and instantly regretted it But Basil called me within 15 minutes and had already texted and emailed the itinerary that we ended up purchasing And then the conversation started He got us a great fare on flights that were really close to what we wanted He researched seat assignments legroom etc We are looking forward to our trip now that we don t have to keep searching for the best airfare
