Placed an order via Ebay in 2021 The item was a pre-order Delays were blamed on Covid Now he claims that it was shipped in June 2022 but I never received it After weeks of asking they gave me a Royal Mail tracking that does not seem to exist We will probably end up in a small claims court because I feel scammed There are many genuine sellers on Ebay from which I have bought dozens of diecast aircraft models without a single issue

Fraudster

Purchased a model Bristol Beaufort on eBay with a stated 5 day delivery 5 months on I still have not received the model or my money back This seller knows the eBay system in that you cannot contact after 3 months Am absolute fraudster

2 years for an order that has not shown

2 years for an order that has not shown up Leave this eBay scammer alone 01 06 2022 Avoid at all costs These guys are just fraudsters that will give you one excuse after another Letter on the way to trading standards to deal with these rogues

Well 5 months later after this model

Well 5 months later after this model was released nothing they aren t returning my emails Just ghosted me now EBay won t help PayPal won t help as it s outside the 180 days The bank is the same these guys are just fraudulent they take your money on the pretext of a preorder which is true but then after 180 days you have no chance of a refund I left a bad review on Ebay warning people about this company but they have deleted it As far as I m concerned it s fraud stealing money from people and then ghosting them Ebay needs to look into these guys and PayPal needs to stop them using them for stealing people s money

No response to delivery updates

Placed two pre-orders for delivery with an initial date end of OCTOBER 2022 that date came and went I have sent 3-4 messages via E-Bay and e-mail to get any info on when I might expect a delivery and have had no response to any of them They could at least give customers info on order delays

if there was a box to give no stars i would be ticking that one i have waited almost 5 months for my pan am 747 to be delivered but its hasnt arrived ive had excuse after excuse and yesterday given a tracking number which i cannot connect to DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY i cannot state this strongly enough DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY DATE NOW 27 2 24 and further to previous i was promised another delivery which never arrived i then contacted my B S NATIONWIDE who were brilliant and had my money back in my account within 3 weeks these people are thieves ebay need to do something too again DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE THIEVES

Don t bother you ll never receive the item

As so many other poor reviews on here exactly the same ordered an item now 12 months ago they keep stating next week Next week etc etc They will supply tracking number once shipped Still waiting so I m resigned to the for that I am now out of pocket and will very possibly never receive the item Very poor and sharp practice Refuse to refund when they actually can reported to ebay with no outcome I suspect they ve lied to ebay as they appear to be doing to every one else Avoid
