From Severe Anxiety To Total Freedom

I personally struggled with severe anxiety a bunch of debilitating symptoms from panic attacks to DPDR to anxiety zaps to fatigue to heart and gut issues to agoraphobia and a bunch of other phobias for months It was the worst and wildest time of my life I was almost convinced that I was already broken and crazy I couldn t see past the Anxiety state and that was very depressing I was almost hopeless until I discovered Shaan Kassam s ByeByePanic program Couldn t have made it through recovery without it Worth every cent It s systematic educational complete and focused on total freedom from Anxiety It s beyond quick fixes and coping techniques which only provides short-term relief and ultimately keeps one in the cycle longer The one-on-one coaching and group calls are very encouraging It gives you that sense of community that you are not alone It s a safe space where you are heard and completely understood Having successfully gone through Anxiety themselves the coaches which I consider my personal heroes are able to connect with each member on a very personal level They are compassionate supportive dynamic and effective They equip each one with knowledge tools and skills that are helpful in navigating through the whys and hows of Anxiety What sets the mentorship apart from others is that it is centered on the wins and successes of each member regardless which stage of recovery one is in Celebrating recovery before even getting there fuels hope confidence and courage which I believe are essential in taking action towards recovery I only asked to be healed but I ve gotten so much more out of the program a deep awareness and understanding of Anxiety and myself a solid and vibrant community a stronger sense of compassion and most of all a renewed mind This mentorship helped me forge a version of myself I never thought I can ever be - tough optimistic and courageous

BBP family wys I know you miss me esp Jeff and my jokes You know In a period which honestly was the hardest in my life I joined the mentorship It s like coaching for ppl who just cant see a way thru do it on their own I thought I was strong but I wasnt lol so we can all need some support- nothing wrong with reaching out I ma give Jeff- my brother- 5 stars all day long Why Cos he cares I bet right now when he reads this his face will light up cos I was fkkkkked I m less fkkked now I m like at that chilled with it phase So yeah if you stuck in that loop diggin in that tunnel and you need that spade join em Bit pricey I can t lie but if you can afford it put your mental health first and get to grips to the sh t that s going on with you via these guys These people were all pretty messed up and came thru so they know the formula to suit u Stay blessed BBP mentors and members Got enough love for you all Hope you re alll reading my review and smiling Love Abs xx

I have been in the program for one

I have been in the program for one month now and I was so afraid of joining it because I thought it wasn t real I was told it s a scam and that I d be wasting my money which REALLY made me made me question if I should even join and I hid in my home for almost a month before saying screw it and joining This is how you get better guys there s nothing else out there I was told that because I m in Canada there is free counseling that would help but they never got it they don t know anything about sensitization I am not recovered but I am recovering My symptoms are not gone but my response to them has been changing slowly which has made it so much better I am not hopeless anymore wondering if I even want to live if this is how it s going to stay forever I have a community of people and connections forming with others who are going through the exact same thing The coaches are so great I can t say enough good things about them they all have different insights to offer that click different for everyone This is saving lives The program isn t made for people wanting to learn to cope or have a quick fix when things get hard The bad reviews on this website have been from people who don t have the right mindset and don t want to put in the work they didn t have the patience or grit to stick with it The ONLY thing that I wish was different is because I m Canadian I had a hard time paying but that s really not up to the program it s more a American vs Canadian banking issue But we got to the bottom of it Please join if you re able to so you can recover It gives you the tools to get through life that you can apply to everything in life

Like Going Back to Skool

It s true that all you are doing in Bye Bye Panic is doing nothing about anxiety and that recovery happens when you have gained enough wisdom to not make recovery a priority any longer And doing this allows your nervous system to heal That s all it is here and I believe you can recover on your own Nothing different is said than what is in Shaan s youtube channel At the same time I know now that I wouldn t have recovered on my own I think of this quote by Hermann Hesse author of Siddhartha Wisdom cannot be imparted Wisdom that a wiseman imparts always sounds like foolishness to someone else knowledge can be communicated but not wisdom One can find it live it do wonders with it but one cannot communicate and teach it This quote best describes my experience here and I managed to find a bit of wisdom to start changing my life toward the right direction However much of it did sound foolish to me That foolishness changed colors throughout the months and has humbled me in the best way possible I ve been in and out of the anxiety cycle since 2015 and never understood anxiety this way before I ve been here since Oct 23 It s Mar 24 and I am nearing 6 months having made a lot of progress It was well worth the investment and more Not only do the mentors hold your hands to recovery but so does the community One word I would use to describe this group and culture is resilient Believe me that resilience rubs off one another If you re giving this serious consideration I suggest a few things - Go at this with a student mindset and soak up as much knowledge as possible - Leave your ego at the door - And engage You get in what you put in I treated this program as if I was going back to college It wasn t just an investment of money but my time and my endurance You don t go to school to get a degree You go to learn a skill set The application and practice is up to you This program is one of the hardest things I ve done and because of that it is probably in the top 3 as one of the best things I ve experienced in my life

I got my life back

I have been part of this program since July 2022 It has truly given me my life back I was at a point in my life where anxiety got so bad I was unable to function on a daily basis could barely leave my house After finding out about the program from instagram posts from Shaan I decided to explore the program deeper It s amazing not only does it give the real scientific answers to what anxiety is and what it does to your body and brain it gives you the tools to start healing your nervous system This knowledge combined with amazing mentors and weekly calls with others truly helped me realize that I am not alone and that there is a way to overcome anxiety Shaan and the mentors are compassionate but firm and let you know the right things you re doing and the things you need to work on They truly guide you through the process This program requires you to work on yourself to learn understand grow and heal It isn t easy this is no joke However nothing good or lasting is ever easy It gave me my life back and I feel better than I ever have and am back to not only living I am better than ever Don t listen to the haters leaving reviews they have never been part of this program and don t have a clue what they are talking about or aren t willing to use the tools in this program to work on themselves and put in the work This is the real deal and would get 10 stars if it was available

So I decided to join this program a month ago because I felt like I needed help getting through this I didn t really have the support I needed Since I ve joined this program I have been making so much progress I never thought it would be possible to get back to living with no symptoms but here I am now experiencing it again Yes it s been a roller coaster No it s not easy but you have to have your mind made up I wanted my life back so I took it back with the help of the mentors and all the people just like myself that is currently in the program and on their way to full recovery I recommend this program to anybody that is dealing with bad anxiety I really feel connected with everyone in this program We are like family We laugh joke cry share good moments bad moment encouragement and most of all WINS The mentors are amazing If you are thinking about joining go for it You won t regret it

I did this program for 7months and I recommend this program to all my friends who struggle with anxiety Because it was a amazing program for me It s hard to believe that video phone call program giving my life back I trusted the program because this is not a one-cue magic pill program It needs time And you have to work yourself too And they don t hide it They say it takes time Hey guys just try this program You can decline anytime you want Just try as experience and you will know It don t just give my life back but it changes my life Thanks for all the mentors who helps me and thanks for making this program guys Keep going plz

If I could I would give this program a thousand stars The level of service and value I have received far exceeds the price I paid for the mentorship What s more even though I am part of a group I have received individualized attention that makes me feel like part of a family Initially I was skeptical about the program but it has far surpassed my expectations As someone who has struggled with anxiety for over thirty years I have tried every available method to find relief but none have been as effective as the program developed by Shaan Since joining the program I have made remarkable progress and can now see full recovery on the horizon I thought all was lost but the future now looks bright From my very first inquiry call I have been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism by the administrative department mentors and coaches in the BBP program What s more I was never pressured about the enrollment process or fees which I appreciated Shaan and his team are truly committed to supporting and guiding me on my recovery journey and for that I could not be more pleased Thank you Jeff L
