No Response Whatsoever

Sent several Emails to request for a refund cause this thing doesn t really work No response whatsoever Don t even know what their return policy is Should I just send it back anyway Don t want to add anymore trash in my household

I ordered the body sculpture There is a problem with the speed dial The merchant requires you to pay for the return shipping which is very expensive to china Be aware if you have a problem customer service doesn t resolve the issue This company is a SCAM There are no bad reviews on their website Look at all the reviews here This company is making bank They certainly don t refund anyone s money

I am absolutely dissatisfied with this company The machine they sent to me looked used scratches around the rim of the machine it didn t work I notified them several times the feed back from them was poor advise they made out that I was stupid I want my money back they won t refund me the item was clearly faulty with the videos and pictures that I sent to them they still won t refund me The most frustrating place that I have ever dealt with DONT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY with purchasing this product you will only go through hell with them

SCAM Product took over three weeks to arrive and was not satisfactory Their refund policy said 30 days from time if order - no time to return item PLUS THERE WAS NO return address on the package it came in Phone number did not gothru No timely reply so far from email sent to BMYCF customer service

I ordered the body sculpting next day I called to cancel they said it was already shipped They said when I receive it to return it I received it shipped it back immediately I have my custom paper and confirmation it went thru customs and went to china This has been going on over 2 months and when I email them I get an automated reply saying they will look into it DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDENT COMPANY

Buyer Beware Ordered product never received Contacted website for shipping info and they wanted 4 99 for info Then would not answer e-mails Thank got my Payor was PayPal they issued a claim after 4 weeks no response from Company they refunded my money This is a scam website

This product works But mine totally fell apart after 45 days not fixable or usable Company refuses to replace or refund since the 30 days has gone by Extremely disappointing and dissatisfied Will never purchase again
